Kyle King is a self taught mixed media artist. Specializing in oil, acrylic, and spray paint. His talents have been recognized in magazines, newspapers, and television shows such as "American Ninja Warrior". He has recently written a book on abandoned places with a publishing date soon to be announced, making him both a published author and photographer.
Through a continuing, nomadic, life-long exploit, Kyle has absorbed inspiration through metamorphic experiences during travel.
He has lived out of a backpack, embraced the elements of changing seasons, slept in forests, deserts, caves, watched a volcano erupt, witnessed tornados (water spouts) in the Bermuda triangle, and experienced many different cultures and wildlife. A modern explorer, athlete, visionary, and eccentric in comparison to traditional society. It was only a matter of time before his experiences lead him to become an artist.
"Life's Edge Art is born out of a combination of events in my life, which allows my perspective as an artist to remain unique but always continue evolving. Art is how I express emotion and thoughts when I can't release the words to describe my experiences. My art is about experience and life." ~ Kyle King
